This workshop explores team-dynamics research by Google from their Aristotle project and turns it into action for your team. You will understand what makes a “team,” uncover the 5 attributes of a high-performing team, and co-create action steps to evaluate and improve team efficacy with a particular focus on psychological safety.

This experiential workshop digs into each of the 5 attributes of highly effective teams laid out by Google, probes into strengths and gaps on your teams, and co-creates actionable steps to improve teams into the future. This is a deep exploration of the following:
