Emotional Intelligence (EI) Boost
BOOST EI FOR LEADERS AND TEAMS
Humans are the most important part of any organization, and at the core humans are emotional beings who occasionally think. Leading and positively influencing the people around us requires high levels of emotional intelligence, which becomes more and more important as we grow through our careers. This multi-part workshop illuminates the importance of EI and common emotional influencers, gives participants a snapshot of how they exhibit emotionally intelligent behaviors with a 360 Survey from GENOS, and concludes with a 1:1 coaching debriefs to create individual action plans for improving EI into the future.
THE WORKSHOP
This experiential workshop explores the importance of emotional intelligence at work, illuminates common emotional influencers with the SCARF model, and gives participants a chance to understand how they exhibit EI with a 360 feedback survey. After a 1:1 debrief of the results, participants will have an individual action plan for increasing their demonstration of EI competencies.
