Group coaching is a highly effective method of reducing the natural friction that builds up on teams, finding space to co-create innovations, and deliberately resolving blocks to collaboration and productivity. Coaches provide space for teams to understand each other better, devise robust action plans, and solve issues as one, allowing the team to experience the power of social learning. Along the way, teams gain tools to sustain their improvements and continue to progress on their own after the coaching program.
THE PROCESS
On a set cadence (generally monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly), groups will meet with coaches to address specific challenges, brainstorm innovations, and develop concrete action plans between sessions.

Coaching provides the space to productively release pent up frustrations, access satisfaction and flow, and enable growth at the pace participants can manage.
